Amends TITLE 20, CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 1, ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES, BY ADDING SECTION 20-243 to prohibit health insurers from denying coverage for gender detransition procedures; requiring healthcare providers THAT PERFORM GENDER TRANSITION PROCEDURES TO PROVIDE OR PAY FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF GENDER DETRANSITION PROCEDURES ; for health insurers to provide reports of gender detransition procedures to the government that include information about the person receiving the services.
