Bill Summary
Prohibits teachers from discussing factual history, bans certain content (who decides??) from being taught in schools, bans trainings on how to support LGBTQIA+ staff/students, prevents the state from giving BIPOC-owned businesses any preference in state contracts. Gives the the legislature carte blanche to ban “prescribe related practices or concepts” to ban. Will be used to discriminate.
