Would AMEND TITLE 12, CHAPTER 5.1, ARTICLE 1, ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES, BY ADDING SECTION 12-574.Healthcare professionals/physicians who provide minors with gender transition procedures would be held personally liable for all costs associated with detransition procedures sought within 25 years. Persons who undergo a detransition procedure before age 25 can bring a civl action against the healthcare professional that provided the gender transition procedure.
