Amends TITLE 12, CHAPTER 6, ARTICLE 12, ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES, BY
ADDING SECTION 12-723 to prohibit physicians and other health professionals from providing gender transition procedures, including puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgery, to individuals under the age of 18. It also bans the use of public monies for such procedures and allows individuals to sue the healthcare professional within 25 years of the procedure.
