Howard Epstein is a Phoenix-based Bank of America executive who specializes in real estate assets and sales. He is the board president of Arizona Housing, Inc., a nonprofit that works closely with homeless shelters and other related providers to work toward creating permanent, affordable and supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness. Epstein founded the Arizona Housing Fund in 2019 to help provide affordable housing that asks people to round up or donate $1 at a cash register or asks home-buyers and sellers to donate $25 when a home is sold. Epstein has been working on the homeless and housing insecurity problem for over 25 years, using the private sector.
